The VFMC inc. holds a family bush dance on the first Saturday of each month (except in January). Each month features live music from one of our favourite bush bands.

The VFMC has a family bush dance on the first Saturday of each month (excluding January). Dances are called so these events are suitable for all ages. A different band is featured each month and everyone is welcome.

You can pay at the door by cash or credit card, or buy your tickets in advance via Humanitix.

Information for Prospective Bands

Several bush bands perform at our monthly dances. We welcome additional bands to join us. Towards the end of each year, our dance convenor organises a schedule for the next year in consultation with the bands.

If your band is interested in joining us, please contact the dance convenor for details.

Corona Virus Arrangements

We thank every dancer who has joined us via Zoom to dance solo or with just their partner over the last couple of years. We have all made new friends around the world, and we value that experience.

We ask our dancers:

Respect the rights of those who may still be cautious about social interaction.

Masks may be worn at any time.

Social distancing should be maintained when possible.

Hand sanitiser will be available upon arrival and after every dance.
