The VFMC holds two "Woolshed Ball" dances each year, around May and September. There may also be other "special" dances from time to time. Each dance features live music from one of our featured bush bands.
An evening of dancing in the traditional style, featuring great live music.

The line-up is variable and depends on which musicians are available at the time. | ||
For our Balls and other special events, our bands need to have a large repertoire of dances, and to be prepared to take on and prepare music for other specialised dances. We welcome additional bands to join us and play excellent dance music for our discerning dancers. Schedules for special events are usually prepared well in advance.
If your band is interested in joining us, please contact the dance convenor for details.
VFMC recognises that some dancers are still very cautious about re-joining dance activities. We ask all our dance participants to be respectful of the concerns some people have about close contact. Everyone is welcome to wear a mask.
